No Refunds or Exchanges
All designs are custom printed per order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted once printing has begun.

Measurements Are Key
Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. We cannot exchange items due to sizing errors.

Payment Policy
No payment, no product. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Order Schedule
Orders are placed in production every Friday, regardless of when you order during the week. Please allow 7–10 business days for printing and processing after that date.

Courier & Collection

Courier fees are not included in the product price.

We ship nationwide across South Africa.

Collection available in Pretoria East by arrangement.
Payment is due immediately upon placing your order to secure your spot in the weekly print queue.
